AWS 5 A-arm kit (1998-2005 ZR, Powder special, Mountain Cat and other models using the AWS 5 front suspension)

The kits include the following.

• Light weight A-arms. (4130 chrome molly tubing)
• Delron bushings and grease zircs on all pivot points.
• Heim joints, and new outer spindle bolts.

Includes 2 upper arms, 2 lower arms, 8 delron bushings, 4 grease zircs, 12 spacers.

• 39" width
• 41" width
• 43" width

The only color available is silver. Custom colors can be special ordered

The heim joints on the upper A-arm allows you to use longer travel shocks or larger diameter springs without hitting the upper arm. It also allows you to adjust the camber of the spindle.

(Sway bar brackets not available)

Approximate weight savings is 6 to 10 lbs. depending on model and or ski stance.

You must use ZR style, Limited edition style or 2003 mountain cat style spindles where the lower A-arm attaches to the outside of the spindle. (see picture at right)

AWS 6 A-arm kit (for all M-Series sleds; 2003-2006 Firecats, and other models using the AWS 6 front suspension)

The kits include the following.

• Light weight A-arms. (4130 chrome molly tubing)
• Delron bushings on all pivot points.

Includes 2 upper arms, 2 lower arms, 8 delron bushings, 4 grease zircs, 12 spacers.

• 40" width

The only color available is silver. Custom colors can be special ordered

Approximate weight savings from 3 to 6 lbs. depending on model and or ski stance.

Tie rod kits (all model)

No need to change your tie rods unless you go to a different ski stance width. If you do we offer tie rods in two configurations.

Straight style: straight tie rods designed to work with standard length shocks.

Offset style: (high misalignment) Bent tie rods designed to go with longer length shocks used on a standard length arm. These keep your toe alignment correct throughout the stroke when used with long travel shocks.

• Made of 6061 T6 Alum.
• Threaded with right and left hand threads just like the factory rods.
• Use your existing ham joints
• Weight: average 8 oz. (includes 2 rods)
