Arctic Cat AWS V Rolled Chain Case Kits

Our rolled chain case kits will give your 1998 or newer AWS V cat chassis a new approach on the snow. A rolled chain case will improve your sled's performance in deep powder by reducing the angle of attack and giving more clearance between your track and the tunnel. By increasing the clearance you will move the snow and air through the tunnel with less drag to your motor which translates to more track speed. You can also run up to 10 tooth drivers with 2" tracks.

This kit will give you a roll like the 2003 and newer 1M cats.

1998 to 1999 Powder Specials and all 1998 and newer ZRs: 1" drop X 1 1/2" back

2000 to 2002 Mountain Cats: 13/16" drop X 1 1/4" back.

Our kit keeps your jack shaft on the outside of the tunnel to maintain good air and snow flow through the tunnel and maintains longer bearing life.

The kit comes with templates and all needed hardware. You will need to shorten your rear cooler tubes or try one of our U-coolers for increased clearance and better cooling. These coolers are custom built to match our roll kit. See our heat exchanger page for more details.
