Chain Case kits for Polaris IQ/RAW, Edge, and Gen
II chassis
A
rolled chain case will improve your sled's performance
in deep powder by reducing the angle of attack and
giving more clearance between your track and the tunnel.
By increasing the clearance you will move the snow
and air through the tunnel with less drag to your
motor which translates to more track speed. You can
also run up to 10 tooth drivers with 2" tracks.
Our
kit keeps your jack shaft on the outside of the tunnel
to maintain good air and snow flow through the tunnel
and maintains longer bearing life.
IQ
Kit:
Comes with templates, plugs to fill existing holes,
chain case drop cover, and all hardware needed.
Gives a 1" drop x 1 1/8" back. Uses a
2006 chain case, stock belt, brake, gears chain
and shafts
Edge
Kit: Comes with templates, modified front cooler,
modified right hand trailing arm bracket and all the
hardware needed. It gives you a 5/8" drop X 1
1/2" back. You will still use your stock belt,
chain case, gears and chain. The secondary clutch
and belt can still be removed in the normal fashion.
Gen
II Kit:
Comes with templates, new chain case and all hardware
needed. It gives you a 1 1/4" drop X 1 1/2"
back. You still use your stock belt, gears and brake.
You will need to purchase a longer chain to match
your gearing. You can purchase these at your local
Polaris dealer or from us here at Fabcraft.
