Chet Bell
Chet is from Alexandria VA ! We are
doing a Nemesis A Stage 1 with lost of extras. We are
adding Aarms, spindles, steering post, foot wells, handlebar
and custom powder coat.

Here
we go....
Starting
to build the running boards....

| Chet
has a belt drive he's going to put in, so Mike is
plugging the old drive holes in the bulkhead and
prepping it to install the belt drive. |

| Steve
is doing a temporary fit of the bulkhead, tunnel,
running boards and........... |
|
| ....footwells.
Then it's all going to the powder coater for a "dip"!!

Ok... things are back from powder coat! So now the
work begins!! Leif is starting to spot rivet the
running boards to the tunnel...... |

| then
he and Steve start riveting everything on.... |
|
| The
Cooler has been installed and now they are joining
the bulkhead to the tunnel. |

| Aint'
that a pretty red bulkhead!!! |

| Now
the foot wells are on! It's starting to look like
a sled! |

| Steve's
getting all his ducks in a row to start the front
end...... |

| There's
the A-Arms and spindles..... |
|
| ....and
now the steering post and handlebars! |

Ok,
Chet, she's ready to go!! It's your project now! Don't
forget to send us a finished picture to put here!
Chet
sent us his finished sled! Wow, it looks great Chet,
nice job on the finish work!!
It's
always cool for us to see the finished sleds on our
partial chassis jobs and see the customer's vision come
to life!
