U-COOLERS:
40%
lighter than any of the competition's product of similar
dimensions.
Do
you have a sled that keeps heating up, or are you
planning on putting a big motor in your chassis and
are worried about having enough cooling capacity?
Maybe
you have an Arctic Cat that you want to put an aftermarket
track with different lug configurations on, but found
that your stock coolers will not allow anything but
a stock Cat track to be used.

We
make U-style coolers for all late model Arctic Cat,
Polaris, Ski-Doo and Yamaha's.
We can also make custom special lengths and
designs on request.
These
coolers will take the place of your stock cooler system
and can cool up to 300 hp motors. They have a larger
cooling surface then stock coolers (sometimes up to
4 times the surface with little to no weight gain)
which means better cooling capacity and heat transfer.
Don't
think these are just for big motors. We have found
that they work really good in smaller stock motors
also. (500 to 700 class)
You will be amazed at how much better your sled will
run when you keep the temperature down. It's a well
known fact that a sled that is running too warm doesn't
produce the power it does when it is at the correct
temperature.
Some
coolers will bolt directly into existing cooler lines
while others may require some modifications.
We
can build them for 121" tunnels up to 174"
tunnels in many styles including but not limited to
