John is from
Colorado. He has a SkiDoo RT 1000. We are putting on
a Fabcraft tunnel, install new drivers and a CMX belt
drive.
| The
RT bulkhead can be a little challenging for changing
out a tunnel. The tunnel and bulkhead are one piece
so you have to cut the stock tunnel off (in the
right place!)......... |

when adding an aftermarket belt drive, there are
other cuts to be made....... |

| Our
tunnel overlaps the outside of the bulkhead, so
there are a lot of measurements and marks made before
cutting anything. Then we have to plug (weld shut)
the drive shaft holes in order to install the belt
drive in the correct spot. |

The
plastic attached is to protect the black powdercoat
from scratches. Black sure looks great, but boy
is it hard to keep scratch free when dealing with
tools, riveting, etc.!!!
