Justin
Summers of Klim Sled Gear in Rigby Idaho has an Arctic
Cat 120. Justin has already done some mod work to it
and we are continuing in that effort! We are extending
it to a 124", rolling the chain case and adding
a mini tunnel and suspension!
Here's

This "bad boy" will look so much longer
when we are done!
Does
this look like a stock 120cc motor?! It's actually
a Briggs & Stratton Animal motor!
Stripping
it down.....

there are alot of rivets to cut out.... don't envy

Tunnel
is done and ready to go on the bulkhead......
Fitting
it before the riveting can begin.
Now
it's time to just start fitting some things. Mike
is trying to fit an electric starter. Seems this
little sled is hard for the big guys to start!!
Now
it's time to just start putting this thing back
together......
Mike's
getting there!! At least now it's starting to look
like a sled!

this thing is long and looking good!
The
track is here....
.....and
the suspension is ready to fit! Now that everything
fits, the tunnel heads to powdercoat...
Everything
is back from powdercoat so now it's the final fitting!
