Mike Johnson is from Roseau MN.

He sent us his 800 RMK Dragon. We will be putting on a powdercoated tunnel in a 151" length and rolling his chaincase.

 

Got the sled in and ready to go...
Taking off the hood & belly pans.
Taking her down to the wires!!
So, Mike, this is all that's left. Just a simple bulkhead and tunnel!
Now it's time to remove the old tunnel from the bulkhead

Mike's welding the bulkhead.... plugging off the old holes. Then it's off to powdercoat
Everything is back from getting painted, and Steve has the bulkhead attached to the tunnel.
Another view - Mike wanted a white tunnel with black runningboards and bulkhead. Looks pretty sharp!
Steve's got the steering hoop and footwells on..
and the rolled chain case

Now she's going together quickly. Rolled chain case is done, motor in, and now the little stuff...
.....like the connections, wiring and all the nuts and bolts!

She's all ready to get shipped back to Mike and let him finish!
