Mike
is from Ida Michigan. He sent us his 2008 Nytro. We
are going to put on a new tunnel and track in a 136";
a new rear suspension, front A arms and some miscellaneous
extras. He's going to go with a custom color of black
and white.

She
looks so short compared to the our 162" sleds!!

got this tore apart so fast I missed getting pictures!
But here's the "nose"......

Now
fitting the pipes through the tunnel. We try to
get all cutting done before it goes to powdercoat.
The
tunnel is back from powder coat and we're ready
to move along! Mike and Steve doing the final rivetting
of the runningboards....
.....and
the tunnel to the bulkhead.
And
now the footwells are done!
The
pipes are fitted ........
...and
the track and suspension are on. We don't make our
suspension in less than a 141" length so we
recommended using a FAST AirWave suspension.
And
now the front end is all done...
and
our new Nytro bumper is put on.

now the seat is on
and
now the hard part.... wiring all the stuff in!!!!
