Lightweight
Aluminum Trailing Arms
After
much discussion and R&D, we decided to discontinue
our Carbon Fiber shaft. The cost was becoming outrageous
and we felt customers could not afford to buy them.
So we tested all year and found that our new aluminum
shafts were just as dependable; in fact they tested
stronger than our carbon fiber and only added 8oz.
The shafts will still fit into our original Fabcraft
heads, so rest assured you won't have to change those.
The shafts are a black powdercoat.
These
aluminum arms will save you from 6 to 14 lbs. of unsprung
weight on the front of your sled (depending on make
and model).

All
of our trailing arms are now in the quick change
version. This allows the rider to change a broken
trailing arm at home instead of sending to the shop
as before with the glued in version. They are completely
rebuildable. A rider can just order a replacement
shaft or head to keep on hand if needed, so time away
from riding is minimal!

Of
course, we will still repair the old glued-in version.
Just send it to the shop and we will rebuild it for
you.
