In 1998 we started building the industry's first open runningboard designed tunnel. It was met with curiosity and skepticism, but it wasn't long before riders realized how great it was not to have snow build-up!

But as is usual with the OEM's they decided to copy the idea and put their version on the production sleds. Soon after that, aftermarket companies began selling add-ons.

All of these copy-cat products are still not as efficient as the Fabcraft RBC Tunnel. Our runningboards DO NOT accumulate snow, ice does not stick, and they have great boot grips so you won't slide around.

We've ridden with people on stock sleds or those sleds with imitation add-ons, and riders are still chipping ice and pushing off snow. With a Fabcraft RBC Tunnel, you will never have to use a screwdriver to chip ice again or deal with accumulated snow. Snow easily falls through and with the heated cooler running up the side, ice doesn't accumulate either.

Tunnel Specs:

• Made of .080 aluminum, which is much stronger then stock tunnels and most aftermarket tunnels.
• Tapered from 2" to 5" depending on models. This allows for better evacuation of snow, which gives back robbed horsepower due to snow build up under the tunnel. Also in straight or tip-up versions.
• Reinforced running boards to stop the sagging problem encountered on most tunnels
• The rear bumper is tipped up to aid in digging out when you do find yourself buried to the bumper!
• Aluminum alloy rivets
• Available in 121"-174" lengths
• Suspension brackets (sold separately) are stainless steel that has been precision cut by water-jet
